     transmitting a report of a violation of the Antideficiency 
     Act by the Department of the Army, Case Number 05-02, 
     pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 1517(b); to the Committee on 
     Appropriations.
       6866. A letter from the Under Secretary for Acquisition, 
     Technology and Logistics, Department of Defense, transmitting 
     the Department's report on the amount of purchases from 
     foreign entities for Fiscal Year 2005, pursuant to Public Law
