       H.R. 5564. A bill to facilitate economic growth and 
     development and to promote Tribal sovereignty, by encouraging 
     a dramatic increase in the number of individuals with higher

       H.R. 5565. A bill to enhance and provide to the Oglala

     National Guard Educational Assistance Program to encourage 
     the enlistment and retention of persons in the District of 
     Columbia National Guard by providing financial assistance to 
     enable members of the National Guard of the District of 
     Columbia to attend undergraduate, vocational, or technical 
     courses; to the Committee on Armed Services.

     sense of Congress that the crisis regarding Iran's nuclear
