  At the request of Ms. Stabenow, the name of the Senator from New 
Jersey (Mr. Menendez) was added as a cosponsor of S. 2278, a bill to 
amend the Public Health Service Act to improve the prevention, 
diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease, stroke, and other 
cardiovascular diseases in women.
