  The following bills were read the first and the second times by

       H.R. 4013. An act to amend the Reclamation Projects 
     Authorization and Adjustment Act of 1992 to provide for 
     conjunctive use of surface and groundwater in Juab County, 
     Utah; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
       H.R. 4162. An act to provide for an exchange of lands 
     between the Secretary of Agriculture and the United Water 
     Conservation

     District of California to eliminate certain private 
     inholdings in the Los Padres National Forest, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
       H.R. 5169. An act to designate the facility of the United 
     States Postal Service located at 1310 Highway 64 NW. in 
     Ramsey, Indiana, as the ``Wilfred Edward `Cousin Willie' 
     Sieg, Sr. Post Office''; to the Committee on Homeland 
     Security and Governmental Affairs.

  The following concurrent resolutions were read, and referred as 
indicated:

       H. Con. Res. 338. Concurrent resolution expressing the 
     sense of Congress regarding the activities of Islamist 
     terrorist organizations in the Western Hemisphere; to the 
     Committee on Foreign Relations.
       H. Con. Res. 368. Concurrent resolution expressing the 
     sense of the Congress with respect to honoring the goals and 
     ideals of Alex's Lemonade Stand Days, June 9 through 11, 
     2006; to the Committee on the Judiciary.
