                        MESSAGES FROM THE HOUSE

  At 2:18 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Ms. Niland, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 3913. An act to amend the International Center Act to 
     authorize the lease or sublease of certain property described 
     in such Act to an entity other than a foreign government or 
     international organization if certain conditions are met.
       H.R. 4140. An act to designate the Port Angeles Federal 
     Building in Port Angeles, Washington, as the ``Richard B. 
     Anderson Federal Building''.
       H.R. 4240. An act to designate the facility of the United 
     States Postal Service located at 10799 West Alameda Avenue in 
     Lakewood, Colorado, as the ``Felix Sparks Post Office 
     Building''.

  The message also announced that the House has passed the following 
bill, without amendment:

       S. 2110. An act to designate the facility of the United 
     States Postal Service located at 427 North Street in Taft, 
     California, as the ``Larry S. Pierce Post Office''.

  At 3:53 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Ms. Niland, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bill, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 5140. An act to provide economic stimulus through 
     recovery rebates to individuals, incentives for business 
     investment, and an increase in conforming and FHA loan 
     limits.

  At 4:31 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bill, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 5104. An act to extend the Protect America Act of 2007 
     for 15 days.
