                  ORDERS FOR MONDAY, JANUARY 28, 2007

  Ms. KLOBUCHAR. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 2 p.m. 
Monday, January 28; that following the prayer and the pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed 
expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later 
in the day; that there then be a period of morning business until 3 
p.m., with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes 
each, and the time equally divided and controlled between the two 
leaders or their designees; that at 3 p.m. the Senate resume 
consideration of S. 2248, the FISA legislation, and that the time until 
4:30 p.m. be equally divided and controlled by the two leaders or their 
designees, with the final 20 minutes equally divided between the two 
leaders, with the majority leader in control of the final 10 minutes, 
and that the cloture vote on the Reid amendment not occur prior to the 
4:30 cloture vote.
