            SENATE BILL AND CONCURRENT RESOLUTIONS REFERRED

  A bill and concurrent resolutions of the Senate of the following 
titles were taken from the Speaker's table and, under the rule, 
referred as follows:

       S. 2071. An act to enhance the ability to combat 
     methamphetamine; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce; in 
     addition to the Committee on the Judiciary for a period to be 
     subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
       S. Con. Res. 67. Concurrent resolution establishing the 
     Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies; to the 
     Committee on House Administration.
       S. Con. Res. 68. Concurrent resolution authorizing the use 
     of the rotunda of the Capitol by the Joint Congressional 
     Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies; to the Committee on House 
     Administration.
