    CONGRESSIONAL EARMARKS, LIMITED TAX BENEFITS, OR LIMITED TARIFF 
                                BENEFITS

  Under clause 9 of rule XXI, lists or statements on congressional 
earmarks, limited tax benefits, or limited tariff benefits were 
submitted as follows:

       The amendment to be offered by Representative Frank of 
     Massachusetts or a designee to H.R. 3521 the Public Housing 
     Asset Management Improvement Act of 2007, does not contain 
     any congressional earmarks, limited tax benefits, or limited 
     tariff benefits as defined in clause 9(d), 9(e), or 9(f) of 
     Rule XXI.

                          Offered by Mr. Reyes

       The provisions that warranted a referral to the Permanent 
     Select Committee on Intelligence in H.R. 5349 do not contain 
     any congressional earmarks, limited tax benefits, or limited 
     tariff benefits as defined in clause 9(d), 9(e), or 9(f) of 
     Rule XXI.

                         Offered by Mr. Conyers

       The provisions that warranted a referral to the Committee 
     on the Judiciary in H.R. 5349, do not contain any 
     congressional earmaks, limited tax benefits, or limited 
     tariff benefits as defined in clause 9(d), 9(e), or 9(f) of
