An act to suspend the acquisition of petroleum for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, and for other purposes. ____ At 4:43 p.m. a message from the House of Representatives, delivered by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House agrees to the report of the committee of conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the amendment of the Senate to the bill (H.R. 2419) to provide for the continuation of agricultural programs through fiscal year 2012, and for other purposes. ____ At 5:13 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has passed the [[Page 9011]] following bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the Senate: H.R. 4008. An act to amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to make technical corrections to the definition of willful noncompliance with respect to violations involving the printing of an expiration date on certain credit and debit card receipts before the date of the enactment of this act. An act to amend Public Law 110-196 to provide for a temporary extension of programs authorized by the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 beyond May 16, 2008. ____ At 6:50 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered by Ms. Brandon, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House insists upon its amendment to the concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 70) setting forth the congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2009 and 2010 through 2013, and asks for a conference with the Senate on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses thereon.
