An act to direct the United States Sentencing Commission to assure appropriate punishment enhancements for those involved in receiving stolen property where that property consists of grave markers of veterans, and for other purposes. H.R. 5571. An act to extend for 5 years the program relating to waiver of the foreign country residence requirement with respect to international medical graduates, and for other purposes. The message also announced that the House has agreed to the following concurrent resolutions, in which it requests the concurrence of the Senate: H. Con. Res. 134. Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that there should be established a Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month to enhance public awareness of mental illness, especially within minority communities. H. Con. Res. 305. Concurrent resolution recognizing the importance of bicycling in transportation and recreation. H. Con. Res. 309. Concurrent resolution authorizing the use of the Capitol Grounds for the District of Columbia Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run. ____________________
