  Mr. LAUTENBERG. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 9 a.m. 
tomorrow; that following the prayer and the pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed to have 
expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later 
in the day, and the Senate immediately proceed to vote on the motion to 
invoke cloture on the Boxer substitute, amendment No. 4825 to S. 3036, 
the climate change legislation; I further ask that the filing deadline 
for the second-degree amendments to the Boxer substitute be at 10 a.m. 
tomorrow.
