  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I now ask unanimous consent that it be in 
order to proceed to Calendar No. 476, S. 3628.

motion to the desk.

     provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, 
     hereby move to bring to a close debate on the motion to 
     proceed to Calendar No. 476, S. 3628, the DISCLOSE Act.
         Harry Reid, Charles E. Schumer, Sherrod Brown, Claire 
           McCaskill, Patrick J. Leahy, John F. Kerry, Byron L.
