           MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE RECEIVED DURING ADJOURNMENT


                         Enrolled Bills Signed

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 6, 2009, 
the Secretary of the Senate, on September 24, 2010, during the 
adjournment of the Senate, received a message from the House announcing 
that the Speaker has signed the following enrolled bills:

       S. 1674. An act to provide for an exclusion under the 
     Supplemental Security Income program and the Medicaid program 
     for compensation provided to individuals who participate in 
     clinical trials for rare diseases or conditions.
       S. 3717. An act to amend the Securities Exchange Act of 
     1934, the Investment Company Act of 1940, and the Investment 
     Advisers Act of 1940 to provide for certain disclosures under 
     section 552 of title 5, United States Code, (commonly 
     referred to as the Freedom of Information Act), and for other 
     purposes.
       S. 3814. An act to extend the National Flood Insurance 
     Program until September 30, 2011.

  The enrolled bills were subsequently signed by the President pro 
tempore (Mr. Inouye).
