     Initiative and State Homeland Security Grant Program for

     Resolution providing for consideration of the joint 
     resolution (H.J. Res. 101) making further continuing 
     appropriations for fiscal year 2011, and for other purposes

       Mr. McGOVERN: Committee on Rules. House Resolution 1742. 
     Resolution providing for consideration of the bill (S. 3307) 
     to reauthorize child nutrition programs, and for other

       Mr. CONYERS: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 42. A bill to 
     establish a fact-finding Commission to extend the study of a 
     prior Commission to investigate and determine facts and 
     circumstances surrounding the relocation, internment, and 
     deportation to Axis countries of Latin Americans of Japanese 
     descent from December 1941 through February 1948, and the 
     impact of those actions by the United States, and to 
     recommend appropriate remedies, and for other purposes; with 
     an amendment (Rept. 111-666). Referred to the Committee of 
     the Whole House on the State of the Union.
       Mr. CONYERS: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 3290. A bill 
     to provide the spouses and children of aliens who perished in 
     the September 11 terrorist attacks an opportunity to adjust 
     their status to that of an alien lawfully admitted for 
     permanent residence (Rept. 111-667). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union.
       Mr. THOMPSON of Mississippi: Committee on Homeland 
     Security. H.R. 5101. A bill to establish a Chief Veterinary 
     Officer in the Department of Homeland Security, and for other 
     purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 111-668, Pt. 1). Ordered 
     to be printed.
       Mr. CONYERS: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 233. A bill 
     to amend the Federal antitrust laws to provide expanded 
     coverage and to eliminate exemptions from such laws that are 
     contrary to the public interest with respect to railroads; 
     with an amendment (Rept. 111-669, Pt. 1). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union.
