                            PETITIONS, ETC.

  Under clause 1 of rule XXII, petitions and papers were laid on the 
Clerk's desk and referred as follows:

       107. The SPEAKER presented a petition of City of Kansas 
     City, Missouri, relative to Resolution No. 100112, as 
     amended, urging the President and the Congress of the United 
     States to repeal the ``Don't Ask, Don't Tell'' policy; to the 
     Committee on Armed Services.
       108. Also, a petition of City of North Miami Beach, 
     Florida, relative to Resolution No. R2010-8 urging the 
     President and the Congress of the United States to 
     automatically waive all application fees for Haitians 
     applying for Temporary Protected Status; to the Committee on 
     the Judiciary.
       109. Also, a petition of City and County of Honolulu, 
     Hawaii, relative to Resolution No. 10-8 urging the Congress 
     of the United States to support and pass S. 2757, the 
     Military Families Act; to the Committee on the Judiciary.
