       S. 3136. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 
     to extend and increase the exclusion for benefits provided to 
     volunteers firefighters and emergency medical responders; to

           By Mr. UDALL of Colorado (for himself, Mr. Bennet, and 
             Mr. Merkley):
       S. 3137. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 
     to provide that solar electric property need not be located 
     on the property with respect to which it is generating 
     electricity in order to qualify for the residential energy 
     efficient property credit; to the Committee on Finance.
           By Mr. CARDIN:
       S. 3138. A bill to promote documentary films that convey a 
     diversity of views about life in the United States and bring 
     insightful foreign perspectives to United States audiences; 
     to the Committee on Foreign Relations.

       S. 3139. A bill to amend title 32, United States Code, to 
     authorize the Secretary of Defense to cover a larger share of

     bioterrorist attacks or naturally occurring pathogens; to the 
     Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.

     make grants to support fire safety education programs on
