The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Perriello) that the House suspend the
rules and pass the bill, H.R. 3562, as amended.
The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the
rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed.
The title was amended so as to read: ``A bill to designate the
federally occupied building located at 1220 Echelon Parkway in Jackson,
Mississippi, as the `James Chaney, Andrew Goodman, and Michael
Schwerner Federal Building'''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
