Appropriations of April 29, 1999, I submit herewith the 
Committee's report on the revised suballocation of budget 
allocations.
    This revised suballocation is necessary to account for the 
increased allocation the Committee received for emergency 
appropriations included in the Kosovo and Southwest Asia 
Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Bill.

 report on the revised suballocation of budget allocations for fiscal 
                               year 1999

    The Committee on Appropriations submits the following 
report on the suballocation of budget totals for fiscal year 
1999 pursuant to section 314 of the Congressional Budget Act of 
1974.
