In accordance with House rule XI, clauses 3(a)(2) and 3(b),
the Committee on Ethics (Committee) hereby submits the
following Report to the House of Representatives:

                      I. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS

On September 13, 2017, the Committee convened for the
purpose of considering the August 15, 2017, arrest of
Representative Luis V. Gutierrez, for Incommoding or Unlawful

this matter, and upon publication of this Report, considers the
matter closed.
