National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute; Meeting of Research 
Training Review Committee

    Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of the 
meeting of the Research Training Review Committee, National Heart, 
Lung, and Blood Institute, National Institutes of Health, on February 
27, 28, and March 1, 1994, at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, One Bethesda 
Metro Center, Bethesda, Maryland 20814.
    This meeting will be open to the public on February 27, from 7:30 
p.m. to approximately 8:30 p.m., to discuss administrative details and 
to hear reports concerning the current status of the National Heart, 
Lung, and Blood Institute. Attendance by the public is limited to space 
available.
    In accordance with the provisions set forth in secs. 552b(c)(4) and 
552b(c)(6), title 5, U.S.C., and sec. 10(d) of Public Law 92-463, the 
meeting will be closed to the public on February 27, from 8:30 p.m. to 
adjournment on March 1, for the review, discussion, and evaluation of 
individual grant applications. These applications and the discussions 
could reveal confidential trade secrets or commercial property such as 
patentable material and personal information concerning individuals 
associated with the applications, the disclosure of which would 
constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
    Terry Long, Chief, Communications and Public Information Branch, 
National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, Building 31, room 4A21, 
National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland 20892, (301) 496-
4236, will provide a summary of the meeting and a roster of the 
Committee members.
    Individuals who plan to attend and need special assistance, such as 
sign language interpretations or other reasonable accommodations, 
should contact the Scientific Review Administrator in advance of the 
meeting.
