RP94-68-001] Mississippi River Transmission Corp.; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff January 28, 1994. Take notice that on January 25, 1994, Mississippi River Transmission Corporation (MRT) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, with a proposed effective date of January 1, 1994: Second Revised Second Revised Sheet No. 5 Second Revised Second Revised Sheet No. 6 Second Revised Second Revised Sheet No. 10 MRT states that the purpose of the instant filing is to revise the Gas Supply Realignment Cost (GSRC) Surcharges applicable to Rate Schedules FTS and SCT originally filed by MRT on December 1, 1993 and accepted by Commission order dated December 30, 1993 in Docket No. RP94-68. MRT states that the revised GSRC Surcharges proposed reflect (1) the use of the additional billing determinants associated with the seasonal southbound contracts in the surcharge derivation, and (2) a revised allocation of GSRC between MRT's Market Zone and Field Zone based on the proportion of MRT's fixed transmission cost of service allocated to each zone as set forth in the January 14, 1994 filing in Docket Nos. RS92-43 and RP93-4. MRT states that a copy of its filing has been mailed to each of its jurisdictional customers and to the State Commissions of Arkansas, Illinois and Missouri. Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such protests should be filed on or before February 4, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
