SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background In light of the recent passage of the Futures Trading Practices Act of 1992, 102 Cong., 2d Sess., Public Law 102-546 (Oct. 28, 1992), which amended the Commodity Exchange Act, the Commission has determined that 17 CFR part 180, Arbitration or Other Dispute Settlement Procedures, should be amended to reflect the changes in the Commodity Exchange Act resulting from the Futures Trading Practices Act of 1992. Need for Correction As published, the regulations contain a reference to designations of statutory provisions which have been changed and which are in need of clarification. List of Subjects in 17 CFR Part 180 Claims, commodity futures, reporting and recordkeeping requirements. PART 180--ARBITRATION OR OTHER DISPUTE SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES Accordingly, 17 CFR Part 180 is amended by making the following conforming amendment: Sec. 180.3 [Amended] 1.
