Intent To Grant Partially Exclusive Patent License; Federal 
Products Co.

AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DOD.

ACTION: Intent to grant partially exclusive patent license; Federal 
Products Company.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent 
to grant to Federal Products Company a revocable, nonassignable, 
partially exclusive license in the United States to practice the 
Government-owned invention described in U.S. Patent Application Serial 
No. 130,480 entitled ``Magnetostrictive Linear Displacement Sensor, 
Angular Displacement Sensor, and Variable Resistor,'' filed October 1, 
1993 in which the Government owns an undivided interest.
    Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has 60 days 
from the date of this notice to file written objections along with 
supporting evidence, if any. Written objections are to be filed with 
the Office of Naval Research (ONR 00CC3), Ballston Tower One, 
Arlington, Virginia 22217-5660.
