All meetings will begin at 6 p.m. and will be held in the 2nd floor archives of the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, New York Public Library, 515 Malcolm X Boulevard (at 135th Street), New York, NY. Meetings may be continued to the following day(s), if necessary, and shall be so announced during the meeting. Seating may be limited. Please call (212) 264-0456 prior to each meeting to confirm the date, time, and location of the meeting. At the meetings the Steering Committee will consider such matters properly coming before it under its charter and its rules and regulations. All meetings will be open to the public. Members of the public at large, as may be recognized by the Chairman of the Steering Committee and as permitted by the Steering Committee's rules, will be permitted to speak at the meetings at designated times as provided in the resolutions and rules of the Steering Committee.
