App., announcement is hereby published for a meeting of the National Advisory Board. The meeting is open to the public. DATES: The National Advisory Board meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 18, 1994, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Board Room 6010, 550 17th St., NW, Washington, DC. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pursuant to section 21A (d) of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act, the Thrift Depositor Protection Oversight Board had established a National Advisory Board and six Regional Advisory Boards to advise the Oversight Board and the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) on the disposition of real property assets of the Corporation. AGENDA: A detailed agenda will be available at the meeting. The meeting will include remarks from the national chairperson, briefings from the chairpersons of the six regional advisory boards on their respective meetings held throughout the country from February 1 to March 8. Discussion will focus on the key topics from the fifteenth series of regional meetings: Treasury Secretary Bentsen's Management Reforms; RTC's implementation of the RTC Completion Act's minority preference provisions; RTC's Small Investor Program, RTC's Environmentally Significant Property Sales Program, RTC's SAMDA program, and the impact of RTC activities on local real estate market conditions. STATEMENTS: Interested persons may submit, in writing, data, information or views on the issues pending before the National Advisory Board prior to or at the meeting.
