FEDERAL MINE SAFETY AND HEALTH REVIEW COMMISSION

STATUS: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Commission will consider and act upon the 
following:

    1. Jerry Ike Harless Towing, Inc., Docket No. CENT 92-276-RM. 
(Issues include whether the judge erred in finding that Harless 
Towing's sand-dredging operation is subject to regulation under the 
Federal Mine Safety and Health Act, 30 U.S.C. Sec. 801 et seq.)
    2. Secretary of Labor for Ronny Boswell v. National Cement Co., 
Docket No. SE 93-48-DM. (Issues include whether the judge erred in 
dismissing the discrimination complaint brought on behalf of Mr. 
Boswell by the Secretary of Labor under 30 U.S.C. Sec. 815(c).)

    Any person attending this meeting who requires special
