Peanut Butter and Peanut Paste

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Rescheduling of public hearing.

SUMMARY: The Commission has rescheduled to May 12, 1994, from April 28, 
1994, its public hearing in this investigation.
    The schedule for filing notices of appearances and briefs and the 
holding of a prehearing conference in conjunction with the hearing has 
been revised as follows: requests to appear at the hearing must be 
filed with the Secretary to the Commission not later than May 5, 1994; 
the prehearing conference will be held at the U.S. International Trade 
Commission Building at 9:30 a.m. on May 9, 1994; the deadline for 
filing prehearing briefs is May 5, 1994; the hearing will be held at 
the U.S. International Trade Commission Building at 9:30 a.m. on May 
12, 1994; and the deadline for filing posthearing briefs is May 19, 
1994.

EFFECTIVE DATE: March 17, 1994.

investigation and rules of general application see the Commission's 
notice of investigation cited above and the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 
201), and part 204, (19 CFR part 204).
    This notice is published pursuant to section 204 of the 
Commission's rules (19 CFR 204.4).
