Notice Pursuant to the National Cooperative Research and 
Production Act of 1993--Sheldahl, Inc.

    Notice is hereby given that, on March 15, 1994, pursuant to section 
6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993, 
15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (``the Act''), Sheldahl, Inc. (``Sheldahl'') has 
filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General 
and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing (1) the identities of the 
parties and (2) the nature and objectives of the joint research and 
development program. The notifications were filed for the purpose of 
invoking the Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust 
plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Pursuant to 
section 6(b) of the Act, the identities of the parties to the venture 
are Sheldahl, Inc., Northfield, MN; Delco Electronics Corporation, 
Kokomo, IN; Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tucson, AZ; Jabil Circuit, 
Inc., San Jose, CA; Litronic Industries, Costa Mesa, CA; Mentor 
Graphics, Inc., San Jose, CA; Silicon Graphics, Inc., Mountain View CA; 
and Wireless Access, Inc., San Jose, CA. The objective of the venture 
is to engage in cooperative research in the area of multi-chip systems 
to better understand the applications of this technology for high 
density electronic packaging, including without limitation prototype 
fabrication for the experimental demonstration of such technology. 
Partial funding for this program has been received from a government 
agency (ARPA) under Agreement No. MDA972-94-2-0006.
