ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The plats of survey of the following described land are scheduled to be officially filed in the Montana State Office, Billings, Montana, thirty (30) days from the date of this publication. Principal Meridian, Montana T. 1. S., R. 10 E. The plat representing the dependent resurvey of portions of the east boundary and subdivisional lines, and the subdivision of section 24 and the survey of new meanders along the present left bank of the Yellowstone River through a portion of section 24, Township 1 South, Range 10 East, Principal Meridian, Montana, was accepted March 22, 1994. This survey was executed at the request of the Butte District Office. T. 7 S., R. 26 E. The plat representing the dependent resurvey of portions of the south boundary of the Crow Indian Reservation, Homestead Entry Survey No. 262 and Homestead Entry Survey No. 592 and Homestead Entry Survey No. 591, and the subdivision of Homestead Entry Survey No. 591, Survey of Parcels A and B within Homestead Entry Survey No. 591 and Tract No. 37 in unsurveyed, Township 7 South, Range 26 East, Principal Meridian, Montana, was accepted March 25, 1994. This survey was executed at the request of the Custer National Forest, Region 1, U.S. Forest Service. The triplicate original of the preceding described plats will be immediately placed in the open files and will be available to the public as a matter of information. If a protest against these surveys, as shown on the plats, is received prior to the dates of official filings, the filings will be stayed pending consideration of the protest. The protested plats of survey will not be officially filed until the day after all protests have been accepted or dismissed and become final or appeals from the dismissal affirmed.
