ACTION: Notice of Completion of panel review of the final affirmative injury determination made by the U.S. International Trade Commission, respecting pure and alloy magnesium from Canada, secretariat file No. USA-92-1904-05/06. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Memorandum Opinion and Order of the Binational Panel dated January 27, 1994, the Panel Review of the final determination described above was completed on March 1, 1994. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On August 27, 1993, the Binational Panel remanded the final determinations to the U.S. International Trade Commission for a detailed explanation on certain aspects of the determination. The Commission filed a determination on remand on October 27, 1993. The Binational Panel affirmed the Commission's determination on remand in all respects on January 27, 1994. The Secretariat is required to issue a Notice of Completion of Panel Review on the 31st day following the issuance of the decision that affirms the final determination, if no Request for a Extraordinary Challenge is filed. No such request was filed. Therefore, on the basis of Rule 80 of the Article 1904 Panel Rules, the Panel Review was completed and the panelists were discharged from their duties effective March 1, 1994. Dated: March 16, 1994.
