McCluskey Farm Drum Site: Administrative Order on Consent for 
Removal Action

AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency.

ACTION: Notice of proposed administrative order on consent for removal 
action.

SUMMARY: Under section 122(h) of the Comprehensive Environmental 
Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the United States 
Environmental Protection Act (EPA) has agreed to settle claims for 
response costs at the McCluskey Farm Drum Site, Dacula, Gwinnett 
County, Georgia with one party: E.I. dePont de Nemours and Company. EPA 
will consider public comments on the proposed settlement for thirty 
(30) days. EPA may withdraw from or modify the proposed settlement 
should such comments disclose facts or considerations which indicate 
the proposed settlement is inappropriate, improper or inadequate. 
Copies of the proposed settlement are available from: Ms. Carolyn 
McCall, Cost Recovery Specialist, Cost Recovery Section, Waste Programs 
Branch, Waste Management Division, U.S. EPA, Region IV, 345 Courtland 
Street, NE., Atlanta, Georgia, 30365, 404-347-5059 X6178.
    Written comments may be submitted to the person above by thirty 
days from the date of publication.
