Title: MMS Customer Satisfaction Survey Abstract: Annually, approximately 1,200 individuals have contact with the Minerals Management Service Gulf of Mexico Public Information Office by mail, telephone or in person. The Public Information Office provides its customers with information regarding the gas, oil, and sulphur leasing, exploration and production activities regulated by MMS in federally owned areas in the Gulf.
