May 3, 1994.
    Take notice that on April 28, 1994, Northwest Pipeline Corporation 
(Northwest) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff the 
following tariff sheets with a proposed effective date of April 1,

    Northwest states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with 
the Commission's directives in the Order Accepting Tariff Sheets 
Subject to Conditions, dated April 6, 1994, in Docket Nos. RP93-5-021 
and -022 to change certain rates and the Index of Shippers as a result 
of revised billing determinants and to correct certain typographical 
errors. In addition, Northwest states that it is updating the Index of 
Shippers.
    Northwest states that a copy of this filing has been served upon 
all intervenors in Docket Nos. RP93-5-021 and -022, Northwest's 
jurisdictional customer list and affected state regulatory commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such protests should 
be filed on or before May 10, 1994. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this 
filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection in the public reference room.
