National Institute of Mental Health; Meetings

    Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of the 
meetings of the advisory committees of the National Institute of Mental 
Health for July 1994.
    The meetings will be open to the public as indicated below to 
discuss administrative details and other issues relating to committee 
activities.
    The meetings will be closed to the public as indicated below in 
accordance with the provisions set forth in sections 552b(c)(4) and 
552b(c)(6), title 5, U.S.C. and section 10(d) of Public Law 92-463. The 
review committee will meet for the review, discussion, and evaluation 
of individual grant applications. The Board of Scientific Counselors, 
NIMH, will meet for the review, discussion, and evaluation of staff 
scientists and individual programs and projects of the National 
Institute of Mental Health, including consideration of personnel 
qualifications and performance, the competence of individual 
investigators, and similar items. These applications, evaluations, and 
the discussions could reveal confidential trade secrets or commercial 
property such as patentable material, and personal information 
concerning individuals, the disclosure of which would constitute a 
clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
    Attendance by the public to all open sessions will be limited to 
space available. Individuals who plan to attend and need special 
assistance, such as sign language interpretation or other reasonable 
accommodations, should contact the contact person named below in 
advance of the meeting.
