Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Co.; Annual Take-or-Pay 
Reconciliation Filing

June 7, 1994.
    Take notice that on June 3, 1994, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing a revision to 
its Annual Take-or-Pay Reconciliation Filing, which was filed May 31, 
1994, pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas 
Tariff.
    Williston Basin has requested that the Commission accept Substitute 
First Revised Sheet No. 308 of this filing to become effective July 1, 
1994.
    Williston Basin states that the substitute tariff sheet is being 
filed to correct the recalculated fixed monthly surcharges in Docket 
No. RP90-137-000 to be effective during the period July 1, 1994 through 
June 30, 1995 pursuant to the procedures contained in Section 36 of the 
General Terms and Conditions of Williston Basin's FERC Gas Tariff, 
Second Revised Volume No. 1.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 214 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.214). All such 
protests should be filed on or before June 14, 1994. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of the filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
