Take notice that on June 1, 1994, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company (Koch Gateway) filed the Prepared Supplemental Direct Testimony of Robin G. Schwenke, General Manager of Rates and Regulatory Affairs, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company, together with certain exhibits specifically identified therein, in compliance with the Commission's March 2, 1994 suspension order in Docket No. RP94-120-000. Ordering Paragraph (E) of the suspension order directed Koch Gateway either to demonstrate why its ratepayers should incur the cost responsibility for the SunCoast Pipeline project or to refile the affected rate sheets to remove the amortization cost. On April 29, 1994, the Commission granted an extension of time to June 1, 1994 for Koch Gateway to respond to Ordering Paragraph (E). Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such protests should be filed on or before July 8, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
