DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY
[Docket No. RP94-120-004]

Koch Gateway Pipeline Co.; Notice of Compliance Filing

June 30, 1994.
Take notice that on June 1, 1994, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company
(Koch Gateway) filed the Prepared Supplemental Direct Testimony of
Robin G. Schwenke, General Manager of Rates and Regulatory Affairs,
Koch Gateway Pipeline Company, together with certain exhibits
specifically identified therein, in compliance with the Commission's
March 2, 1994 suspension order in Docket No. RP94-120-000.
Ordering Paragraph (E) of the suspension order directed Koch
Gateway either to demonstrate why its ratepayers should incur the cost
responsibility for the SunCoast Pipeline project or to refile the
affected rate sheets to remove the amortization cost. On April 29,
1994, the Commission granted an extension of time to June 1, 1994 for
Koch Gateway to respond to Ordering Paragraph (E).
Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of
the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All
such protests should be filed on or before July 8, 1994. Protests will
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the
proceeding. Copies of the filing are on file with the Commission and
are available for public inspection.
Lois D. Cashell,
Secretary.
