Stafford Street, Arlington, Virginia, telephone 703-528-6000, to discuss the design and implementation of the system mandated by Public Law 102-519. The Committee will address issues concerning the final recommendations of the Committee, the NSAPIS Pilot Program, the establishment of an Oversight Committee and the requirements for the NSAPIS System Administrator. The meeting will be open to the public on a first-come, first- seated basis. Any member of the public may file a written statement concerning NSAPIS or related matters with the Committee, before or after the meeting, by sending same to the Chairman/Designated Federal Officer. Anyone wishing to address this session of the meeting should notify the Designated Federal Officer at least 24 hours prior to the start of the session. The notification may be by mail, telegram, cable, or a hand-delivered note. It should contain the requestor's name; corporate designation, consumer affiliation, or Government designation; a short statement describing the topic to be addressed; and the time needed for presentation. A nonmember requestor will ordinarily be allowed not more than 15 minutes to present a topic, unless specially approved by the Chairman.
