Notice of Request for Clearance of Form RI 90-13

AGENCY: Office of Personnel Management.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 (title 
44, U.S. Code, chapter 35), this notice announces a request for 
clearance of new information collection. Form RI 90-13, The Annuitant 
Satisfaction Questionnaire, will be used to implement E.O. 12862. It 
will be sent to annuitants under the Federal Employees Retirement 
System to determine their level of satisfaction with OPM's service. The 
information obtained from the survey will be used to identify areas 
where service improvements are necessary.
    Approximately 10,336 RI 90-13 forms will be completed annually. We 
estimate it will take 30 minutes to complete this form. The total 
annual burden is 5,168 hours.
