Class 150 Stainless Steel Threaded Pipe Fittings from Taiwan

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Termination of investigation and emergency notice of 
cancellation of public hearing.

SUMMARY: On July 22, 1994, the Commission received a letter from 
counsel for petitioners in the subject investigation (Alloy Stainless 
Products Co., Totowa, NJ, and Capital Manufacturing Co., Columbus, OH) 
withdrawing their petition. Accordingly, pursuant to section 207.40(a) 
of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR 
Sec. 207.40(a)), the Commission has determined to terminate the 
antidumping investigation concerning class 150 stainless steel threaded 
pipe fittings from Taiwan (investigation No. 731-TA-658 (Final)). In 
addition, the Commission has determined to cancel its public hearing in 
this investigation, previously scheduled for July 26, 1994, and that no 
earlier announcement of this cancellation was possible.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 26, 1994.
