Annual Transporter's Use Report

August 2, 1994
Take notice on July 29, 1994, Great Lakes Gas Transmission Limited
Partnership (Great Lakes) filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (Commission) its Semi-Annual Transporter's Use Report.
Great Lakes states that the purpose of its filing is to comply with
Section 4.3 of Rate Schedules FT and IT of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second
Revised Volume No. 1. Great Lakes further states that the above-
described tariff provisions require Great Lakes to file, each January
31, and July 31, workpapers setting forth the calculations of the
monthly Transporter's Use percentages applicable during each month of
the immediately preceding six-month period.
Great Lakes states that copies of the filing were served on each of
its customers, the Public Service Commissions of the States of
Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan, and on all remaining parties listed
on the service list maintained by the Commission's Secretary in this
proceeding.
Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest

such protests should be filed on or before August 9, 1994. Protests
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission
and are available for public inspection in the Commission's Public
Reference Room.
