Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Co.; Notice of Report of 
Refunds

August 2, 1994.
    Take notice that on July 20, 1994, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston) tendered for filing a refund report. 
Williston Basin states that the report documents refunds of amounts due 
customers under Williston's Docket Nos. RP89-34-000, RP89-257-000, and 
RP90-2-000 for the locked-in period from June 1, 1989, through May 31, 
1992.
    Williston states that it is filing the refund report pursuant the 
Commission's Order Affirming in Part and Reversing in Part Initial 
Decision issued May 3, 1994, in the above referenced dockets, and the 
Commission's Notice of Extension of Time issued May 24, 1994, in Docket 
Nos. RP89-34-009, RP89-257-002, and RP90-2-012.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 
of the Commission's Regulations. All such protests should be filed on 
or before August 9, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission 
in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve 
to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection.
