Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council; Public Meeting

AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council will convene a 
public meeting of its Florida/Alabama Habitat Protection Advisory Panel 
on August 24, 1994, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., to review and 
discuss the status of the Tampa Bay oil spill, the Federal Ecosystem 
Management Plan, Florida's ecosystem approach to resource management, 
status of the Florida Bay Management Plan, and mitigation banking 
activities in Florida and Alabama.
    The meeting will be held at the Radisson Bay Harbor Inn, 7700 
Courtney Campbell Causeway, Tampa, FL.
