AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule; Correction.

SUMMARY: This document contains a correction to the Notice of Proposed 
Rule Making (MM Docket No. 94-74; RM-8476), which was published Monday, 
July 25, 1994 (59 FR 37737). The Notice proposed the allotment of 
Channel 271A at Elma, Washington, as the community's first local aural 
transmission service.

EFFECTIVE DATE: August 16, 1994.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Need for Correction.
    As published, the Notice reflected the wrong rulemaking number 
which needs to be corrected.
Correction of Publication.
    Accordingly, the publication on July 25, 1994 of the Public Notice 
regulations (MM Docket No. 94-74) which were the subject of FR Doc. 94-
17992, is corrected as follows:
    On page 37737, in the third column, under 47 CFR Part 73, the 
rulemaking number is corrected to read ``RM-8503'' in lieu ``RM-8476.''
