the request of Northeast Nuclear Energy Company, et al. (the licensee)
to withdraw its November 24, 1993 application, with clarifying
information provided by letter dated January 10, 1994, for proposed
amendment to Facility Operating License NPF-49 for the Millstone
Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3, located at the licensee's site in
New London County, Connecticut.

licensee withdrew the proposed amendment.
For further details with respect to this action, see the
application for amendment dated November 24, 1993, as supplemented
January 10, 1994, and the licensee's letter dated August 1, 1994, which
withdrew the application for license amendment. The above documents are
available for public inspection at the Commission's Public Document
Room, The Gelman Building, 2120 L Street, NW., Washington, DC 20555,
and at the local public document room located at the Learning Resources
