Take notice that on August 22, 1994, CNG Transmission Corporation (CNG), filed for inclusion in its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, with an effective date of July 1, 1994: 2nd Sub. 1st Revised Sheet No. 31 Sub. 1st Revised Sheet No. 201 CNG states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the August 5, 1994, Letter Order issued by the Commission in the captioned proceeding.
