Anadromous Fish Commission; Partially Closed Meeting

The Advisory Panel to the United States Section of the North
Pacific Anadromous Fish Commission will meet on October 1, 1994, at the
Red Lion Hotel, SeaTac Airport, Seattle, Washington. This session will
involve discussion of the Second Annual Meeting of the North Pacific
Anadromous Fish Commission, to be held October 10-15, 1994, in
Vladivostok, Russia. This discussion will begin at 7:00 p.m. and is
open to the public.
The Advisory Panel will also meet at 8:00 p.m. This session will

examine various options for the U.S. position at the Second Annual
Meeting, and these considerations must necessarily involve review of
classified matters. Accordingly, the determination has been made to
close the 8:00 p.m. session pursuant to section 10(d) of the Federal
Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App., and 5 U.S.C. 552b (c)(1) and
(c)(9).
Requests for further information on the meeting should be directed
