Proposed Annex to the James C. Cleveland Federal Building- 
Courthouse, Concord, New Hampshire; Finding of No Significant Impact

    This notice serves to inform the public that, pursuant to the 
provisions of GSA Order ADM P 1000.2B and the Regulations issued by the 
Council on Environmental Quality, November 29, 1978, and based upon the 
Environmental Assessment conducted for the proposed action, the General 
Services Administration has determined that the proposed construction 
of an annex to the James C. Cleveland Federal Building in Concord, New 
Hampshire is not considered a major federal action significantly 
affecting the quality of the human environment. After consideration of 
public comments on the EA and draft Finding Of No Significant Impact 
(FONSI), the GSA has thereto finalized its Finding Of No Significant 
Impact for this project.
