Title: Write Your Own (WYO) Company Participation Criteria; New Applicants. Abstract: Under the WYO program, private sector insurance companies may offer flood insurance to eligible property owners. The Federal Government is a guarantor of flood insurance coverage for WYO companies, issued under the WYO Arrangement. To determine eligibility for participation in the WYO program, the Federal Insurance Administration, National Flood Insurance Program is requiring a one- time submission of information required by FEMA interim rule 44 CFR part 62, published at FR 38571, dated Friday, July 29, 1994. Type of Respondents: Businesses or other for-profit. Estimate of Total Annual Reporting and Recordkeeping Burden: 68 hours. Number of Respondents: 10.
