Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in 
FERC Gas Tariff

October 5, 1994.
    Take notice that on September 30, 1994, Panhandle Eastern Pipeline 
Company (Panhandle) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
First Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets, with a 
proposed effective date of November 1, 1994:

Twelfth Revised Sheet No. 4
Twelfth Revised Sheet No. 5
Twelfth Revised Sheet No. 6
Twelfth Revised Sheet No. 7
Twelfth Revised Sheet No. 8

    Panhandle states that this filing is made in accordance with 
Section 24 (Fuel Reimbursement Adjustment) of the General Terms and 
Conditions in Panhandle's FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1. 
Panhandle states that the revised tariff sheets filed herewith the 
following changes to the Fuel Reimbursement Percentages:

(1) a .05% increase in the Gathering Fuel Reimbursement Percentage;
(2) a .08% increase in the Field Zone Fuel Reimbursement Percentage;
(3) No change in the Market Zone Fuel Reimbursement Percentage;
(4) No change in the Injection and Withdrawal Field Area Storage 
Reimbursement Percentage; and
(5) No change in the Injection and Withdrawal Market Area Storage Fuel 
Reimbursement Percentages.

    Panhandle states that copies have been served on all customers 
subject to the tariff sheets and applicable state regulatory agencies.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street NE., Washington, D.C. 
20426, in accordance with such motions 385.214 and 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should 
be filed on or before October 13, 1994. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the parties to the 
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to 
intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
