Take notice that on September 30, 1994, Trailblazer Pipeline Company (Trailblazer) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, First Revised Sheet Nos. 19, 20, 29, 30 and 199. Trailblazer states that the purpose of the filing is to revise currently effective tariff provisions to comport with the requirements of Order No. 566. Trailblazer requested waiver of the Commission's Regulations to the extent necessary to permit the tariff sheets to become effective November 1, 1994. Trailblazer states that copies of the filing are being mailed to Trailblazer's jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Secs. 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed on or before October 13, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
